Myth Elephant is a small independent game studio based in Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy applies to every mobile game we publish on the App Store and Google Play, and to this website (mythelephant.com).

Our games do not collect or use your personal information. Play happens on your device. We do not use cookies — not in our games, and not on this website.

We request nothing we do not need, keep play on your device, and say clearly what we do — which, for our games, is not collecting your data.

Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, or store user data from our games.

That includes: name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising or device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports sent to us, advertising data, and browsing history. We do not create accounts. We do not ask you to sign in.

Game progress, settings, and scores — if a game has them — stay on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the app removes them.

Apple and Google distribute our games through the App Store and Google Play. They process any paid downloads or in-app purchases under their own privacy policies. That is their processing, not ours. We do not receive your payment card details.

mythelephant.com does not use cookies. We do not set tracking pixels or advertising identifiers.

The site may record aggregate, cookieless page-view counts (via our host) so we can see which pages are visited. This is not tied to you as a person and is not used to advertise to you.

If you write to hello@mythelephant.com, that message arrives in our inbox so we can reply. We do not copy it into a database. We do not run servers that store player data.

Our games are for a general audience. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is nothing for us to delete.

We do not run servers that store player data, so there is nothing to access, export, or delete. To remove local save data, delete the app.
